Queen Chef Institute is founded by Ms. Mashida Four years ago out of a desire to make her dream in pastry and share her experiences with others.

She has a vast experience in baking and pastry industry and tie up with leading brands like Mello Chocolate. She is the current promoter of Borosil International In Northern Kerala region.
And has a fabulous experience with Malayala Manorama, with whom she had coordinated many training sessions for aspiring bakers. She had done some cake shows in Kozhikode which attracted a lot of attention.

What you will learn:

Preparation of three tiered wedding cakes, completely different from each other from scratch. learn different advance designs and Techniques of wedding cakes.
-Three Tiers Wedding cake,shaped dummy tiers, an actual rotating tier, one metal spacer to be placed in the middle.
-We have included the use of dummies in this session because it is an important skill to have while doing wedding cakes as most wedding cake orders will have some part of it to be dummy, and working with a dummy is very different from a real cakes
How to make 110% Perfect Fondant and Gum paste ,That will be Dried within Half an hour Easy to work with. Strawberry Fondant Making,
